the location was acceptable, with access to nearby attractions.
The bathroom shower barely worked. Water trickled out. the jacuzzi on the balcony looked dirty, i did not use it. mosquitoes infested the room after cleaning. I got five bites in one night.

Wendy and the management were super friendly and accommodating, always ensuring my comfort. The rooftop pool and bar were a great addition. The restaurant offered solid options. Proximity to the beach is convenient.
The shower drainage was a bit slow.

The Junior Suite provided ample space and functional design. The air conditioning worked effectively and kept the room cool. The bed was firm, offering good support. A small balcony provided limited views.

The rooftop pool area includes about 20 sun loungers and a shaded section. The fitness center offers basic equipment such as three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The dry sauna provided a relaxing experience. An ice machine is available on the third floor.

The room had issues. Air conditioning emitted strange noises. The sliding door proved difficult to operate. The TV reception was distorted. These maintenance problems detracted from the overall experience. I expect better upkeep for the price.

the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced, i suppose.
The room definitely wasn't up to par. Some shirts went missing from my laundry, and when i brought it up, they didn't seem to care, not even an apology! the customer service was awful. it's as if they'd never heard of compensating someone for their losses. It was the worst service i've ever encountered.
